Dewa Water and Energy will be in beautiful New Zealand this November for the Conference & Expo organised by Water New Zealand and held at the Energy Events Centre in Rotorua, New Zealand, from the 9th to the 11th of November 2011.

Dewa will be at stall number 95 at the Expo and encourages everyone to come and say hello. The company will take part in this event in proud partnership with Service Engineers Limited, an engineering firm based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Dewa Water and Energy is happy to announce that it will conduct two Sludge Treatment workshops in Vietnam this October. Titled the Introduction of DEWA Sludge Treatment Technology, these workshops will be conducted on the 11th and 14th of October in the cities of Hanoi and Da Nang respectively.

Starting with an introduction of the relationship between HANOITC and Dewaco, each workshop will then provide participants with basic information on water and wastewater management before discussing Sludge Treatment itself.

Dewa Water and Energy recently signed an agreement with the Egyptian city of Alexandria to upgrade the Sludge Dewatering facilities of the Alexandria West Wastewater Treatment Plant. The plant, which currently has a capacity of 460,000 m3/day will be refurbished by the end of 2012 to process a capacity of 680,000 m3/day.
